Equally popular is the location in Windy Hill. Windy Hill is the southernmost part of North Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf, entertainment, and attractions along the Grand Strand. It is the quietest and most quaint section of North Myrtle Beach, with most of the traffic on Ocean Blvd. being people staying in Windy Hill. It is also the most centrally located section with easy access to Myrtle Beach.
North Myrtle Beach is a wonderful family-oriented area, with beautiful beaches and a variety of neighborhoods and oceanfront dwellings. It is convenient to the shopping, dining, and entertainment available along Highway 17.
Barefoot Landing, a fun outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment complex, plus House of Blues, the Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure are about a mile away, just over Highway 17.
Restaurant Row, The Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, and the Tanger Outlet Center are all within a few miles, and Broadway at the Beach--another dining, shopping and nightlife area--is only about 10 miles south. And don't forget, Myrtle Beach boasts more than 100 tournament-quality golf courses.
